Isan Traditional Fermentation.

Fermentation of “Sato” It has been around for many centuries. in Southeast Asia There is a similar brewing culture, Sato is called in Thailand, especially in the Northeast.

The traditional fermentation of wort is mainly Sticky rice. and herbal powder balls which has a mixture of yeast and mold in the same ball. We fermented the glutinous rice to become sugar. And then the sugar from the glutinous rice becomes an alcoholic beverage.
